14-Day Return Window:
You have 14 days from the day your Mind Cliq arrives to decide if it’s for you. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Unused and in the same condition you received it.

In its original packaging. (Note: Items bought on clearance/final sale or gift cards aren't eligible for returns.)
How Refunds Work Once we receive and check your returned item, we’ll send you an email to let you know. If everything is in order, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items Did your Mind Cliq arrive broken or not working? We’re sorry about that! We replace items immediately if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. Just shoot us an email with a photo of the damage, and we’ll get a new one sent out to you.
Return Shipping To keep our prices fair, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. However, if you are returning an item because it arrived damaged or we sent the wrong one, we’ll cover the shipping costs ourselves.
